Knowing what era people grew up in helps us predict their attitudes, characteristics, and behaviors.
The concept the game
is based on...
The EVENTS that happen during our
first formative years shape our generations CHARACTERISTICS.
When were in SITUATIONS
with people of other generations, were most effective when we communicate with their
characteristics in mind.
Its a great tool.
